Here amongst Charlotte’s beautiful & notable skyline, you’ll find the headquarters of major companies like Bank of America, Duke Energy, and Wells Fargo. From small tech startups to Fortune 500 companies, Uptown employs nearly 115,000 people and offers plenty of business and entrepreneurial opportunities, particularly within the banking district.

Uptown may serve as the business center, but it is also a fantastic place to call home.  This bustling metropolis is divided into four wards, each with its own unique features and personality. From high-rise condos to renovated Victorian homes, residents can find a little of everything within Uptown city’s limits.
